Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding position that allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the position)
- Ability to pass a background check
